How To Cook Shortbread Cookies With Walnuts And Raisins - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • a handful of raisins and peeled walnuts or quantities to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

 

Method of preparation :

Pour boiling water over the raisins to soften them. Beat the sugar with the egg and mix with the soft butter. Add the extinguished soda to the combination, then gradually add the pre-sifted flour.

Make a soft elastic dough. The amount of flour is approximate, it may be necessary more or less than indicated.

Drain the water from the raisins, dry them. Grind the walnuts and put the two additives in the dough. Knead and refrigerate for half an hour.

Then roll out and cut out circles or other shapes from the layer.

Sprinkle the bottom of a pan with flour, arrange the future cookies in it and bake in the oven at a temperature of 230 degrees until their surface acquires a golden coating.
