 Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon cornmeal (or wheat)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 tea cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams of smoked sausages
  • 2 pinches of hot red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • green onions for serving

Method of preparation :

In a saucepan, mix the cream and milk and wait for it to boil. Add semolina and stir until the mixture thickens. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from the heat, add the butter and cheddar, stir to melt the cheese.

Saturate onions, peppers and garlic cloves.

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Stew the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent and the peppers are soft. Add the chopped sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Gradually pour the chicken broth and mix well. After the broth boils, add the shrimp - cook them for about 3 minutes until they change color and turn pink.

Season with hot red pepper, remaining salt and pepper.

Divide the cornstarch into bowls and top with vegetables and meat.

Sprinkle with green onion feathers.
