Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of raw chicken legs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 soft tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 coriander stalk
  • 1 stalk of chervil
  • 100 grams of pasta snails
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • 2-3 liters water or broth

Method of preparation:

Pour water into a saucepan and cook the chicken. Cool and bone it, and strain the broth and pour into another container with a lid.

Add oil to the liquid and add the chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes. Add the finely chopped meat, season with salt, pepper, paprika, finely chopped parsley, chervil and coriander.

Reduce the heat, add the pasta snails, put the lid on and let the soup simmer on low heat for an hour and a half. When ready, cool and pour portions. Serve the dish garnished with freshly chopped spices.
