Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Mix the water, oil and salt in a saucepan. Bring to the boil.
Meanwhile, mix the miso well with one egg until well combined.
Once the water has boiled, add the flour at once, reduce the temperature and stir quickly to form a ball.
Once the dough is formed, remove from the heat and add the mixture of miso and egg, stir, then add the remaining 3 eggs, stirring after each to absorb the mixture.
Put the dough in a bag and make small piles in the prepared trays.
Bake at 220 degrees in a preheated oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
Serve the cakes hot.
