How To Cook Snack Of Hot Peppers With Onions And Fresh Basil - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Snack of hot peppers with onions and fresh basil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 heads of old onions
  • 3 hot red peppers
  • fresh basil to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peeled and washed onions cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in oil.

Turn the hot peppers into thin circles, and you can clean them from the seeds or leave them with them. Add to the onion and fry for another 2 minutes.

Then close the pan with a lid and let the vegetables simmer until the peppers soften. Then add salt and basil to taste (for example, a large handful).

Continue to fry over high heat, do not close the pan and be careful not to burn the mixture.

When the onions and peppers turn red, divide the snack into pre-sterilized jars and close them immediately.

Once cooled, you can store in the refrigerator or just in a cool place.

Serve the snack as an addition to a main course or spread a slice with it.

Enjoy your meal!
