Required products :

120 grams butter
50 grams cream cheese
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 teaspoons wheat flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
200 grams chocolate chips
70 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation :

Mix the softened butter with the cream cheese, sugar and egg. Add the vanilla extract and beat for 7 minutes until creamy. Then pour the dry ingredients into it: flour, starch, soda, put a pinch of salt and stir.

It's time for the crushed chocolate chips and chocolate. When you add them, mix again and form small balls from the dough, which you put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees, cover the bottom of the pan with parchment.

When you take the balls out of the fridge, arrange them in the prepared dish at a distance of about 2-3 centimeters from each other.

Bake in the oven for about 8-9 minutes (maximum 10 minutes).

Store the finished cookies in a container that closes tightly.

Enjoy your meal!
