Required products :

  • 400 - 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 5 - 6 medium potatoes
  • salt and spices to taste
  • bay leaf, green spices
  • oil
  • 3 - 3.5 liters of water

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion into cubes and fry it until golden in a little hot oil. Season the minced meat with salt and spices, add the egg and half of the fried onion. Stir and form balls or small meatballs.

Grate a carrot, fry it in oil.

Pour the water into a saucepan, pour in the onion and carrot, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Then release the meatballs and while they are cooking, peel the potatoes. Cut them into strips and pour them into the pan 5 - 7 minutes after you put the minced meat. Add bay leaf and spices to taste.

Cut the melted cheese into small cubes and add them to the other products when the potatoes are ready. Stir well so that the cheese melts. 3 minutes later add green spices and the aromatic soup is ready.
