How To Cook Spicy Potato Soup With Cream, Onion And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 100 milliliters of cooking liquid cream
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 4 onions, cut into crescents
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • cumin seeds
  • 2-3 dry hot peppers
  • 1 fresh chopped hot pepper
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and place in a bowl, add the cream and beat until smooth.

Pour the mixture into another bowl, pour the broth and season with salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Heat and cook over low heat. Caramelize the onion, add the garlic cloves, chopped hot peppers, cumin and stir.

Pour the mixture over the hot soup and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat, cool, pour in portions and serve. Garnish with hot peppers, onions and mustard seeds.
