How To Cook Spicy Zucchini Salad With Carrots, Peppers And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons ground red pepper, vinegar, sunflower oil, sesame seeds
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 sweet pepper (red)
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic


Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin circles, add salt and leave for two hours.

Meanwhile, finely chop the carrots, add salt. Cut the pepper into thin straws, onion into slices, and mash or finely chop the garlic.

Stew the onion in the sunflower oil and pour it over the zucchini after the above time has elapsed. Also add the peppers, carrots, garlic, red and black pepper.

Season the vegetables with sesame oil, sprinkle with seeds, sugar and pour soy sauce. Stir.

Finally, add the vinegar and stir the salad again, which should stay in the fridge for a while before serving (so that the vegetables absorb all the flavors and aromas).
