Required products :
500 grams of fresh spinach
150 milliliters of medium-fat milk
3 - 4 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
parsley
Method of preparation :
Clean and wash the spinach, cut it, boil in salted water and drain the liquid with a colander. Then pour it into a pan in which you have melted the butter and fry lightly. Flatten the leaves and pour the eggs, previously beaten with milk, on them. Bake the dish in the oven until ready. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
