How To Cook Spinach Sauce With Cream, Garlic And Curry - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spinach sauce with cream, garlic and curry". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 10 grams of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • onion head
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 150 milliliters of cooking cream with 20% fat
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 600 grams of spinach

Method of preparation :

Saturate the spinach leaves. Peel an onion, ginger and garlic and grind together to a puree (use a blender).

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and pour the cumin into it. When lightly fried, add the curry powder, stir and then pour the spicy puree. Cook until transparent and add the spinach. Three minutes later, add the tomato puree, coriander and a pinch of salt.

Cover the pan with a lid and stew the mixture for 10 minutes. You can pour a few tablespoons of water so that the spinach does not stick to the bottom of the dish and does not burn.

Once the leaves are almost ready, pour the cooking cream, remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce rest for 10-15 minutes. During this time, it will acquire a creamy texture.

You can now serve it alone or as a side dish to fish or meat. Of course, you can experiment and diversify the recipe according to your taste.

Enjoy your meal!
