How To Cook Spinach Soup With Potatoes And Yellow Snails - Recipe

Necessary products

For snails:

200 grams of puff pastry

100 grams of yellow cheese (or cheese)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

 

For the soup:

1 onion

20 grams of butter

4 small potatoes

1 liter of broth

450 grams of spinach

200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Cut the dough into strips about 7 cm wide. Put a piece of yellow cheese on them and roll it up. Then cut it into pieces using a sharp knife. Arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Pour the potatoes over the onions, pour over the broth and cook over low heat. Then make a puree.

Wash the spinach, dry it and cut it into large pieces. Put it in the bowl of the blender, pour the cream and grind to a puree. Add it to the soup and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the soup into bowls or suitable plates and serve with the yellow snails.
