Required products :
700 grams of frozen or fresh spinach
400 grams of boiled or canned chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
6 radishes a
few sprigs of coriander
olive
salt and paprika to taste
Method of preparation :
If you use fresh spinach, first boil it in salted water to soften it. Then drain the liquid and place the leaves in a suitable container. Drizzle with olive oil.
In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the sliced garlic cloves in it briefly (until golden). Add chickpeas, sprinkle with ground paprika and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Before removing the pan from the heat, add the thinly sliced radishes, they just need to warm up slightly.
Pour the resulting combination over the spinach, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
