How To Cook Spring Salad With Nettles, Asparagus And Nuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spring salad with nettles, asparagus and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of cooked asparagus
  • 100 grams of halved cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams of scalded nettle
  • juice of one lemon
  • 50 grams of shredded cow's cheese
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 stalks of fresh onions
  • olive oil to taste
  • 2-3 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the chopped nettle in the salad bowl and season it with lemon juice. Add the asparagus, tomatoes, chopped parsley and onion.

Add the cheese, walnuts and season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
