Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 700 grams of pork ribs
  • 300 grams of canned peas
  • 2 soft tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot
  • parsley to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 milliliters of white wine

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil and fry finely chopped onions. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Add them and stir.

Add tomatoes, peas, carrots and ribs. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Pour the wine and 2 liters of water, reduce the power of the stove and simmer on low heat for 40-45 minutes until the liquid is reduced.

Using a ladle, remove 3-4 potatoes and a little sauce. Mash them and return to the stew, stir to thicken the broth. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
