How To Cook Stewed Chicken Legs With Olives, Thyme And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 whole chicken legs or 6-8 lower ones
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon water or broth
  • 100 grams of olives or as much as you choose
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the legs until golden brown.

 

Remove them from the fat and pour in the chopped onion.

 

After 5 minutes it will be translucent and then add the olives (pitted, cut in half), pour the broth / water and add the thyme.

 

 

Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.

 

Remove from the broth and put in it the flour that you have previously dissolved in a little water.

 

Stir and wait for the sauce to simmer.

 

Then remove it from the heat and pour it over the thighs.

 

You can serve them with pasta or spaghetti.
