How To Cook Stewed Chicken With Peppers, Tomatoes And White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

4 pieces chicken breast
1/3 tea cup olive oil
3 green sweet peppers
3 red sweet peppers
1 hot pepper optional
50 milliliters of white wine
2-3 fresh tomatoes or 1.5 teaspoons thick tomato juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
flour for oval

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet under running water, cut into pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Peel the tomatoes, grate the soft part.

 

Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper to taste, roll in flour.

 

Heat a deep pan, pour olive oil into it and immediately put the chicken pieces.

 

Let them fry until they form a golden crispy crust, stirring constantly.

 

Then pour the wine and reduce the heat.

 

Let the meat simmer for 3-5 minutes, then add the peppers, including the hot ones, if you are going to use one.

 

3 minutes later, pour the grated tomatoes and mix gently.

 

Pour a glass of hot water and let the dish simmer until the peppers soften and the sauce thickens.
