In a bowl, mix the red pepper, black pepper, salt, oregano, savory and garlic powder. Add the butter, wine, chili and lemon juice. Stir the aromatic mixture until homogeneous.
Wash the meat, dry it and spread it on all sides. Heat olive oil in a pan, reduce the heat and fry the legs. Turn them over after 5 minutes and cover with a lid.
Stew the dish for half an hour, cook over low heat. Cool, divide into portions and serve the legs, accompanied by a garnish of your choice.
