Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons soy
  • 7 cloves old garlic
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 head old onion
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil of your choice

Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the soybeans, pour cold water over them for 8 hours.

Then drain the liquid and wash the soybeans again. Fill it with clean water, add a little salt and place on the stove.

Once it boils, reduce the temperature and let the soybeans boil for 1.5-2 hours under a lid.

Periodically remove the foam that has formed and monitor the amount of water in the container (add as much as necessary so that the nipples do not burn).

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in the fat. Add the grated carrot and leave the mixture on the fire for a few more minutes.

Add the vegetable stuffing, tomato sauce and spices to the prepared soybeans (they should be boiled to a degree where they can be easily crushed with a fork). Try and salt if you deem it necessary.

Close the pot with a lid and cook the dish over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.

You can serve the prepared stewed soy immediately.

Have a good time!
