How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Spinach, Artichokes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 tea cups stewed spinach
  • 400 grams of canned artichokes
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 3/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ripe mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan
  • left

  • 1 loaf

Method of preparation :

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Crush the garlic cloves and fry them together with the red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add the spinach and artichoke, then add the sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan and half the mozzarella.

Season with salt and pepper and stir until the cheese is melted, then remove from the heat.

Cut the top of the bread and carve the inside. Cut the core of the bread into cubes.

 

Cut the sides of the bread to make small bites, but do not separate them from the base. Pour the cheese mixture into the bread. Put it in a large tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella on the edge of the bread bowl and close with the lid.

 


Put the cubes from the core of the bread in the pan. Season them with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
