Necessary products:

  • 1 carp (about a kilogram)
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and spices - to taste
  • For the dough:
  • 180 grams of flour
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation:

Clean the fish of scales, fins and entrails. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuffing:

Cut onions into cubes and fry in oil. Finely grind the walnuts. Mix the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
