Fry the bacon in a dry pan until it forms a yellow crust and remove on paper, which will absorb excess fat. Then cut into small pieces.
Wash the eggs thoroughly and boil hard. When cool, peel the shells. Cut each in half and remove the yolks.
Mash them with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, wine vinegar, hot red pepper, granulated garlic. Mix thoroughly and then pour the pieces of bacon, leaving some of them for decoration. Add salt to taste.
Fill the egg whites with the prepared mixture, garnish with bacon and sprinkle with sweet red pepper.
