How To Cook Stuffed Hazelnut Cake With Liquid Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1/3 tea cup butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 grams of crushed hazelnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, natural
  • 400 grams of liquid chocolate
  • 50 grams of whole hazelnuts

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder, cocoa and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar, butter and yoghurt. Combine the mixtures and mix until the products are homogeneous. Prepare a cake pan, grease it and spread the dough.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the cake and cut it in half. Carve the inside of one half and smear it with liquid chocolate. Glue the two parts together, glaze the outside of the cake with chocolate.

Fill a kitchen bag with part of it and decorate with shapes of your choice, on which you put whole hazelnuts. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with ground hazelnuts and cool briefly. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste.
