How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Chicken, Mozzarella And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 150-200 grams of mozzarella
  • 70 grams of ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 peppers for stuffing
  • 100 milliliters of chicken broth


Method of preparation :

Rub the fillet with the spices and fry in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 8 minutes on each side. Remove the finished meat on a board and cut into cubes when cool.

Add cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 100 grams of mozzarella, ricotta, basil and chopped garlic. Forge.

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the core with the seeds and fill with the mixture.

Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and arrange the peppers in a pan. Pour the broth into the bowl, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

Cook the dish at 180 degrees.
