How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat And Rice - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with minced meat and rice". Delicious recipe.

Required products:

20 red peppers

700 grams of minced meat of your choice

100 grams of rice (1/2 cup)

300 grams of onions (2 large heads)

150 grams of carrots (1 carrot)

2 tomatoes

100 grams of cream

3 tablespoons oil

2 cloves garlic

parsley

salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

Clean the peppers from the tails, seeds and wash. Mash the garlic and add it to the minced meat. Cut the onion and fry it, and when it does, add the grated carrot. Separate 2 tablespoons of fried vegetables. You can add a little tomato puree or finely chopped tomato and stew until the liquid evaporates.

Boil the rice until semi-finished and mix it with the minced meat. Add the fried vegetables (without the amount set aside), salt, pepper and maybe a little parsley. Fill the peppers with this filling and arrange them in the pot with the opening facing up. Pour a little water (to the middle of the peppers). Add the separated vegetables, the remaining tomato, the cream and let the dish simmer for about 40 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
