Required products :

 

10 medium peppers for stuffing
1 teaspoon rice
1 grated medium carrot
1 medium onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cabbage
1 teaspoon savory
1 teaspoon paprika
oil
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :


Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot. Mix them in a suitable bowl and add the cabbage. Pour the vegetables into a bowl with hot oil and stir until the products soften. Then add the spices, rice and pour warm water as needed to swell the rice.
When the liquid evaporates, the mixture is ready. Fill the peppers with it. Arrange them in a pan, pour a little water on the bottom and bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
