How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Zucchini In Cream Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 10 sweet peppers for stuffing
  • 800 grams of zucchini
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • link fresh dill
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon tomato spice adjika or other
  • hot red pepper and salt


Method of preparation :

Cut the peppers into two parts, clean them from the seeds, put them in a suitable container, scald with boiling water, then cool.

Cut the zucchini into cubes, onion - finely, chop the dill.

Fry the vegetables in the fat and stew them until cooked. Season with salt, ground red pepper, add flour, poppy seeds and dill, pour the milk, stir and leave the mixture on the stove until thickened.

When this happens, wait for it to cool a bit and then add the eggs.

Make a sauce by mixing cream and tomato adjika or similar.

Fill the halves of the peppers with the vegetable mixture, pour the sauce over them and bake in the oven at a temperature for about half an hour.
