How To Cook Stuffed Potatoes With Minced Meat, Beans And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of minced meat
100 grams of canned corn
100 grams of canned red beans
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
6 large potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil. Add the pepper, which you previously cleaned from the seeds and cut into small pieces. Five minutes later, add the minced meat and stir, not allowing lumps to remain, and try not to get too dry a mixture.

Add garlic, stir, add canned corn and beans, tomato paste. Let everything cook for a few minutes and remove the pan from the heat.

Boil the potatoes whole until semi-finished, then cut two in length and carve the inside with a spoon.

Fill them with the prepared mixture and bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
