Method of preparation :
Bake the whole unpeeled potatoes until ready in the oven at 200 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a pan, fry onions and garlic in it for 3-5 minutes, then add the chopped mushrooms, pre-soaked lentils, chopped carrots. Pour the soy sauce, tomato paste and stew the filling for 10 minutes.
Cut the top of the prepared potatoes, scoop out the inside with a spoon, put it in a bowl and mash together with butter to taste.
Fill the potatoes with the vegetable-mushroom mixture and apply a layer of mashed potatoes on it.
Arrange in a pan and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
