Required products :

1 small round pumpkin
300 grams of pork or meat of your choice
1 carrot
2 onions onion
frying oil
ground coriander
salt to taste

Preparation :
Cut the top of the pumpkin, clean the core with the seeds.
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry evenly on all sides.
Cut the carrots into thin straws and add them to the fried meat, a few minutes later put the onions in semicircles. Add salt to taste, add coriander and leave on the stove until the meat is ready.
Fill the pumpkin tightly with the fragrant meat and cover it with foil. Place in the oven at a temperature of 150-160 degrees for about an hour.
