Required products :
medium tomatoes
rice
raw green and red peppers
carrots
parsley
butter, olive oil
pepper

Determine the quantities of the products according to the desired number of servings and taking into account your personal taste preferences.
Method of preparation :
Cut the top of the tomatoes, carve the inside, which cut into small pieces.
Put the rice to cook until semi-cooked. Then transfer to a deep frying pan and stew together with the finely chopped peppers and the inside of the tomatoes in a little olive oil with salt and black to taste (you can use other spices of your choice).
Cook the filling on low heat for 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley at the end of the stew.
Put a piece of butter in each tomato and fill it with the mixture of rice and vegetables. Arrange them in a pan in which you pour a little water.
Place in the oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. You can also add onions to the stuffing if you prefer.
