How To Cook Stuffed Zucchini With Bulgur And Mushrooms - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed zucchini with bulgur and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 small zucchini
200 grams mushrooms
1 onion
100 grams grated canned tomatoes in their own sauce
50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 20%
100 grams of bulgur
stalk oregano
50 milliliters of water
4 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams of yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into several equal pieces about 5-7 inches high each. Using a teaspoon, carve the inside, leaving a little at the bottom. The goal is to get a "cup" of vegetables.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry them in hot olive oil for about 10 minutes (until the mushroom juice evaporates).

Then add the tomatoes and cream, stir and about a minute later transfer the mixture to another bowl. Pour the washed bulgur into it, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir. Fill the zucchini with this mixture and arrange them vertically in a tray. Pour enough water to cover the bottom of the dish.
Put a stalk of oregano, close with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 30 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven to bake the surface and form an appetizing coating.

Enjoy your meal!
