How To Cook Stuffed Zucchini With Tomato Sauce And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed zucchini with tomato sauce and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 medium-sized zucchini
  • 200 grams of shredded cheese
  • 1-2 tea cups tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out part of the core with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper and arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have previously covered with baking paper.
  • Spread half of the cheese in them, sprinkle with tomato sauce on top and cover with the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the zucchini are soft and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
