Necessary products
For the dough:
300 grams of sifted flour
1 teaspoon leavening agent
100 grams of grated butter
1 egg
100 grams of sugar
150 grams of sour cream
pinch of salt
For the stuffing:
400 grams of cottage cheese
1 egg
100 grams of sugar
a few tablespoons of cream (if the curd is moist, do not add liquid cream)
a handful of sliced prunes
brown sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Knead an elastic dough from the products, which you put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Beat the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, a few spoons of cream, if necessary, prunes with a mixer.
Roll out the dough into a layer 3 - 5 mm thick, spread the filling on it, roll it (you can divide the dough into two parts) and cut it into pieces. Dip one side into the flour (it will be the bottom) and sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
