Required products :

  • 400 grams of seedless grapes
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 milliliters of grappa
  • 200 milliliters of cognac

Method of preparation :

 

  • Wash the grapes under cold running water and carefully pick the berries to preserve them intact.
  • Divide them into two glass jars with a capacity of 500 milliliters.
  • In a jug, mix the powdered sugar with the rake and cognac and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour over the grapes and if they are not completely covered, add grappa and cognac.
  • Close the jars tightly and store them in a dark and cool place for a month. Shake gently from time to time.
  • Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
  • Serve the sweet canned grapes with a piece of cake, mascarpone cream, cheese or anything else of your choice.
