Necessary products

For the dough:

1.5 cups sifted flour

1.4 teaspoon fast-acting dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon cream

200 grams of softened butter

For the stuffing:

3/4 tea cup sifted flour

3/4 teaspoon sugar

100 grams of softened butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 tea cup ground walnuts

1 egg yolk - for spreading

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough: pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add the yeast and mix. Then add the cream and butter, mix well again and knead a dough that should not stick to your hands. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with foil and store in the refrigerator (preferably overnight).

Make the filling: mix the flour, sugar and butter. Then rub well with your hands (you can also use a blender), add vanilla and ground walnuts, mix well again. When everything is ready, form the Nazuk. Cut the dough into two parts. Put one in a bowl and the other on a board lightly sprinkled with flour. Roll out very thinly (but not transparently) in the shape of a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of the filling over the entire surface of the dough, roll into a roll and cut into 10 equal parts. Arrange them in a pan greased with oil, spread them with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven preheated to 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the dough.

Enjoy your meal!
