How To Cook Sweet Pie Made Of Crumbled Dough With Cottage Cheese Filling - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sweet crumb dough with cottage cheese filling". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 200 grams of butter (unsalted)
  • 2/3 tea cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

For the stuffing:

  • 2/3 tea cup sugar
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 300-400 grams of cottage cheese
  • vanilla to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the cold butter, add the soda, sugar, flour and grind the products by hand.

Spread half of the dough on the bottom of a greased cake tin (the layer should be even).

Make the filling by mixing the curd with the eggs and adding the sugar and vanilla. Then mix the ingredients well. It is preferable to choose a drier cottage cheese, but in case you use a wetter one and the filling turns out to be too liquid, thicken it with 1-2 tablespoons of starch.

Pour the mixture on the base and flatten again, then put the second part of the dough.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then place the pan in it. Bake the pie for about 30-40 minutes, paying attention to the filling, it should not be moist, but juicy and dense.

The cake is delicious both hot and cold.

Enjoy your meal!
