How To Cook Syrupy Chocolate Cake With Cognac And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Syrupy chocolate cake with cognac and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 5 eggs
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 125 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

For cream:

  • 200 grams of boiled condensed milk
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 10 milliliters of oil

For sugar syrup:

  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 75 milliliters of water
  • 20 milliliters of cognac

  • walnuts for decoration

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs and sugar until white. Add the sifted cocoa flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Spread the dough in a form (diameter 18 cm) and bake at 180 degrees until done (check with a toothpick).

When you remove the marsh, let it cool. If you have time, it is best to cover with a towel and wait overnight. If you want the cake to be ready immediately, cut the sponge cake horizontally into 3 parts.

Make a cream by beating the condensed milk with the butter, to which you add the cocoa mixed with the oil.

Boil syrup from the water and sugar, pour cognac into it.

It's time to assemble the dessert. First, syrup the marshmallows with the sweet liquid, then smear each of them with cream and arrange them on top of each other.

Cover the sides of the cake with the milk-butter combination and decorate with ground walnuts (of course, you can use others of your choice).

Before serving, it is good to put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Enjoy your meal!
