Required products :

  • 1 3/4 teaspoon water
  • 1 cup raw quinoa tea
  • 1/2 tea cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint or parsley
  • 1/4 tea raisins
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 tea cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated old onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Pour the quinoa into a suitable container, pour the water, place on the stove. When it boils, reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add the remaining pre-prepared products. Stir in the salad, close the container and leave for about an hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
