Required products :

2 red and 2 yellow tomatoes
3 cm grated ginger root
2 tablespoons honey
150 grams goat cheese
pinch red pepper a
little olive oil

Method of preparation :

Make shallow cross-sections on the surface of the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 1 minute. Then rinse under cold running water and peel their skins.

Cut them into 4 parts and remove the seeds. Put the slices in a saucepan, sprinkle with grated ginger, pour honey, close the pan with a lid and place on the stove. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove the lid and let it cook for another 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the tomatoes to a plate and let cool completely. You can put it in the fridge for an hour.
