Required products :

4 fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon honey
50 milliliters of olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons vinegar 9%
cayenne pepper
or blackcurrant leaves - optional


Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and put them in a salad bowl or jar.

Mix olive oil and vinegar, add salt, honey, crushed or finely chopped garlic, and add pepper to taste. If you use blackcurrant leaves, chop them finely and add to the mixture.

Pour the resulting marinade over the tomatoes and mix gently so that it covers all the pieces evenly.

Close the container with a lid and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Then you can serve the honey tomatoes.
