Method of preparation :
In a medium skillet over low heat, mix the chocolate chips and cream, stirring until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pan and leave to cool for one hour in the refrigerator.
Then use a scoop of ice cream to form balls of the mixture.
Melt the peanut butter in a small bowl. Separately crush the peanuts.
Dip the truffle in the bowl of peanut butter and roll in the crushed peanuts. Put the shaped truffles in the refrigerator to harden for about 10 minutes, after which you can enjoy them.
