Required products :
- 10 sheets of pastry crust
- 8 tablespoons melted butter
- 500 grams of shredded cheese
- 750 grams of whole yogurt
- 4 whole eggs + 1 yolk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a round pan with baking paper.
- Beat the four eggs in a large bowl.
- Add yogurt and cheese.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease the first sheet of pastry crust with butter.
- Cover it with a second sheet and also grease with oil. Turn on the other side and also grease it.
- Spread 1/5 of the filling lengthwise and roll on the long side. Repeat with the other products.
- Assemble the pie, starting to roll the rolls from the walls of the tray to the center.
- Beat the egg yolk with the remaining melted butter and spread on the surface.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the rolled pastry to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
