How To Cook Twisted Pie With Yogurt, Cheese And Butter - Recipe

Required products :

  • 10 sheets of pastry crust
  • 8 tablespoons melted butter
  • 500 grams of shredded cheese
  • 750 grams of whole yogurt
  • 4 whole eggs + 1 yolk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a round pan with baking paper.
  • Beat the four eggs in a large bowl.
  • Add yogurt and cheese.
  • Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease the first sheet of pastry crust with butter.
  • Cover it with a second sheet and also grease with oil. Turn on the other side and also grease it.
  • Spread 1/5 of the filling lengthwise and roll on the long side. Repeat with the other products.
  • Assemble the pie, starting to roll the rolls from the walls of the tray to the center.
  • Beat the egg yolk with the remaining melted butter and spread on the surface.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the rolled pastry to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
