Required products :

  • 250 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons match powder

for the glaze:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • sprinkling match

Method of preparation :

Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Using a mixer, mix the butter and powdered sugar for 2 minutes, scoop out the spatula separated on the walls of the bowl and stir again until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the eggs (one at a time) and finally the vanilla. Combine.

You should add half of the flour, and after mixing with the butter mixture, add the sour cream. Add the remaining flour and transfer half of the dough to a bowl.

Color one part with the match.

First pour the white dough into the prepared cake pan and place the green one on top. Stir with a knife to obtain flowing shapes in the cake, but be careful not to mix it so as to combine the two mixtures evenly.

Bake for 60-70 minutes until dry.

When the cake is ready, make the icing by mixing all the products until smooth.

Pour it over the cooled cake and sprinkle with the match. Serve.
