Required products :

  • eggs
  • minced meat
  • spices for minced meat
  • frying oil
  • onion


* Determine the quantities of products depending on the desired number of portions you want to receive.


Method of preparation :

Season the minced meat, add finely chopped onion and knead. Form flat meatballs out of it.

Beat as many eggs as you make meatballs and therefore you will have as many vertuns in the end.

Put the meatball in the middle of a plate and pour one egg.

 

Heat a frying pan, pour the egg into it, put the meatball in the center, close the pan with a lid and fry until ready on one side.

Then turn from the other, close the pan again and fry until done.

Remove the omelet from the fat and allow to cool.

Then roll up and fold the ends.

This way, prepare as many servings as you want.
