Required products :

  • 115 grams of cheese of your choice, shredded
  • 115 grams of melted cheese
  • 115 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium bowl, mix the grated cheese with the melted cheese and yellow cheese. Stir.
  • Spread the mixture on three of the slices and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Grease both sides of the sandwiches with oil.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the first sandwich.
  • Bake for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the others.
  • Serve the sandwiches warm to enjoy the melted cheeses nestled between the crispy bread.
