How To Cook Warmed By Turnips With Garlic, Butter, Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 heads of turnips
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 100 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • green spices, salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Turnip heads wash, peel and cut thinly. Finely chop the garlic and grate the yellow cheese.

Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Put a row of pieces of radish in the dish, followed by a layer of yellow cheese and sprinkle with green spices.

Drizzle with some of the cooking cream and broth, season to taste and add chopped garlic. Continue alternating the products in the same sequence until they run out.

During this time, the contents of the pan will begin to simmer. Then move the pan to the oven that you previously heated to 180 degrees.

After 20 minutes, a golden crust will form on the surface of the dish.

Serve hot.

It is delicious and tender. The sauce is fragrant and the radish is irresistible.
