Required products :
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 100 grams of white chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For garnish :
- whipped cream
- chocolate bars or figurines
Method of preparation :
- Mash the milk, cream and strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the shake through cheesecloth to remove the seeds.
- Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and add the white chocolate.
- Heat over medium heat and stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Sprinkle with vanilla extract and after about a minute remove the pan from the heat.
- Pour the hot chocolate into cups and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate bars.
