Required products :
500 milliliters of meat broth
30 grams of wheat flour
40 grams of butter
1 onion
1 parsnip root
1 celery root
1 parsley root
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil meat of your choice and take only the broth you will need to make the sauce. Peel onions, parsnips, celery and parsley, grind them and fry in a little hot oil. When they acquire a golden color, add the flour, stirring and fry for a few minutes. Then pour the broth, season with salt and pepper, add the remaining oil and wait for the mixture to boil. The sauce is ready. You can serve with beef or poultry. You could prepare such an additive on the basis of vegetable broth.
