Necessary products:


for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 200 milliliters of warm water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 200 grams of cream cheese with spices
  • 100 grams of chopped olives
  • 50 grams of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh oregano and basil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour mixed with the yeast and put it in a bowl. Add sugar, salt, olive oil and vinegar to the warm water. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, knead the dough and wait for it to rise.

Roll out the loaf, put it in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment and spread with cream cheese. Garnish with olives, cherry tomatoes and onions.

Season with oregano, basil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve the pizza warm, cut into pieces.
